Open this page in Chrome or Edge. Safari and Firefox do not support Web Bluetooth.
Click “Connect keyboard”, then on the keyboard hold Tab and Enter (Adjust layer) and press B. The keyboard advertises for 10 seconds and TOTEM shows up in the dialog.
If the dialog says Chrome has no Bluetooth permission, allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth.
